Terms of Use
Last updated 17 October 2026. This is the version for ABIREH's first test with a small group of people.
By using ABIREH you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the app.
What ABIREH is
ABIREH is a free app, run by Ayaz Nasir, Multan, Pakistan. It shows sale items from the public websites of Pakistani fashion brands, so you can find deals in one place. ABIREH is independent: it is not part of, or approved by, any of the brands it shows, and it sells nothing itself.
Buying
When you buy, you buy from the brand, on the brand's own website. The sale is between you and the brand: its prices, delivery, taxes, returns, refunds and terms apply. ABIREH takes no payment and is not a party to your order. For anything about an order, contact the brand.
Prices and stock
Prices, discounts and stock come from the brands' websites and can change at any time. We check them often, but what ABIREH shows can be out of date or wrong. The price and stock on the brand's checkout page are the ones that count.
Who may use ABIREH
You must be 18 or over.
Fair use
Please don't misuse ABIREH: don't try to break into it or overload it, copy its content in bulk, or use it to harm others or the brands.
Names and pictures
Brand names, logos, product photos and descriptions belong to the brands. ABIREH shows them only to point you to their sale items on their own websites. A brand that wants its items removed can write to hello@abireh.com and we will remove them. The ABIREH name and logo belong to ABIREH.
No promises
ABIREH is provided as it is, especially during this test. We do our best to keep it working and correct, but we can't promise that it always will be. As far as the law allows, ABIREH is not responsible for losses from using the app, from a brand's website, or from an order with a brand.
Your data
Our Privacy Policy explains what the app records and the choices you have.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms or the app, and we may end the test. When these terms change, we update the date at the top; big changes are shown in the app. You can stop using ABIREH at any time and remove your data under Account, Delete my data.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
